1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Monsoon:  The Word Game (the “App”), developed and operated by Chekarto (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Monsoon is a casual English word game in which players build words from falling letters. The App may include:

• Multiple difficulty levels

• Local gameplay statistics

• A one-time in-app purchase to unlock unlimited play

The App does not require account registration.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and the terms of the platform from which you downloaded the App (e.g., Google Play Store).

If you are under 18 years old, you should have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App.

4. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

5. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to:

All content within the App, including but not limited to:

• Game design

• Graphics

• Text

is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality

• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

• Use automated systems to manipulate gameplay

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free

• The App will be uninterrupted
