This privacy policy applies to the mobile applications developed and published by chekarto (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This document explains what information our apps may collect, how it is used, and your related rights.

Information We Collect

Our apps do not collect, store, or share any personal information unless explicitly stated within an individual app.  Some apps may collect basic, non-personal data automatically, such as:

• Device type and operating system 

• App usage statistics

• Crash and diagnostic data

This information is strictly non-identifiable and used only to improve app performance, stability, and user experience. 

In-App Purchases

Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., unlocking full features).   All payment processing is performed securely by Google Play.

We do not collect or have access to:

• Credit card information

• Billing addresses

• Any financial or transactional data

Third-Party Services

Some apps may use trusted third-party services such as:

• Google Play Services

• Google Analytics for Firebase (if enabled)

• Firebase Crashlytics

These services may collect non-personal, device-level data required for functionality or diagnostics. Each provider maintains its own Privacy Policy, and we encourage users to review them.

Advertising

Our current apps do not contain advertising.  If this changes in a future release, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. 

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not directed toward children under the age of 13.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.  If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a child, we will delete it promptly. 

Data Storage & Security

We do not collect or store personal information on our servers.  Any non-personal diagnostic data collected by third-party services is handled securely and processed according to their respective Privacy Policies. 

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
